World premiere musicals are always hard, but mostly fun! In September of 2023 I created Woman 1 which included a Spinster, Elderly Doctor, Another Spinster, An Innkeeper slightly resembling LOVETT, a (pardon the term) Cougar, a Soldier, and half a lawyer… (there is a story there. I had the mist wigs!)
The Human Race Theatre Company in Dayton, OH presented This is Tom Jones by Mark Brown and Paul Mirkovich. It’s a telling of the Henry Fielding novel in the set period but with 60s infused tunes. An absolute blast of a romp!
